For our purpose of being in Munich, it was conveniently located and a reasonable price.

The staff locks all the main doors at 11pm. You cannot get out of the hotel until a staff member arrives in the morning. The sign on the door says they return at 0600, however, we tried to leave for a race at 0640 and NOBODY was at the hotel. We were locked in and had to call the hotel from our cell phone in hopes of getting someone to pick up the phone. The owner had to DRIVE over to let us out then informed us that breakfast wasn't until 0800. We were told breakfast was at 0700, but informed reception that we had to be somewhere at 0700, so would not be eating breakfast in the morning. They did not mention the doors would be locked and no one would be there to let us out. I also see the doors being locked with no way out as a big fire hazard.

not croweded place, nice famillied and yet good transportation to the city of munichen

We were able to meet up with German relatives who knew how to catch the bus & train to the Oktoberfest. They had a fairly good breakfast .

We had a room with twin beds and paid a premium for it although it was Oktoberfest.

Great food and staff at the hotel.

This hotel is not "family friendly" nor is it near the train station if you have small children.

Nice building, like a house. Comfortable room, good breakfast and kind staff.

The location is quite far from the "Allach" s station (around 15 minutes walking). The price high because I stayed here during Oktoberfest

Hotel room was spacious and very nice. Restaurant was also very nice and friendly staff.

Transportation is a little inconvenience because hotel is a little bit away from the city center of Munich.

Everything! The owner went out of his way to accommodate us when we arrived a day earlier then expected. Good food in the restaurant /bar. Accommodating wait staff.

Excellent hotel! You can feel spirit of Bavaria in it. Restaurant very good, beer tasty.

Internet works not so well on the top floor.

very nice staff, poor breakfast but you can find ordinary staff (corn flakes, yoghurt, ham, cheese, eggs...). rooms are with heating. it was really cold when we came, and we turned on heating so after that it was very warm and cosy

the hotel is really far from city centre. I suppose it's not your choice if you're without a car
